AS a senior with a limited understanding of the internet, the instructions were easy to understand & to implement.

Grandma finally gets it.

It is easy to use. There is still a lot to learn, but I have already been very happy with my decision. It has been an enlightening week. It is coming along nicely. I am proud of me. Hurray for me.

What a great phone for us non-tech people

Prior to my new Smart3 I tried 3 (yes 3 ) previous smart phones from another company. I found them confusing and difficult to understand and to use. I obviously returned all three, I Love my new Jitterbug Smart3.

You’ve made a lot of good up grades: hearing, entering contacts, changing contacts, blocking numbers and deleting old calls and texts. Thank you, you’ve made my wife and I very happy. (74 years old)

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m 74 and not the brightest bulb in the bunch, but it didn’t take long at all and I was texting, making calls, sending photos, and browsing the web. It turned out to be a lot easier than I thought.

Upgrading was smart
