I came to Best Buy looking for a cel phone that I could be able to understand how to use and one that I could text message my children and grand kids. Your man found it right away. It was a nice item and just what I needed, and it was at a good price.

Just what I needed. It works for me. I am not a high tech person, so this does what I need it to do.

This is the first smartphone i,ve bern able to use. i pirchased 6 other smartphones, but had to returm all of them. I just couldn,t figure it out, so I gave up on smartphpnes. I recently bougjt a jitterbug flip phone. it was. So easy, i bought the Jittterbug smart phone and I,m lovimg it.

Bought for my 96 year old dad. His first Smartphone, and he loves is. Bought him one years ago, but he was very frustrated with it. This one is much easier to navigate.

I purchased this phone for my mother and it’s easier for her to use as compared to anything we previously had. It was a little frustrating trying to get it set up and her number transferred over.

A good phone for Seniors and easy to use. I would recommend to anyone needing a smartphone style.

My wife has had a problem for some time with trying to use a smartphone. When i found the Lively Jitterbug 3 phone at Best Buy, i was quite impressed with the ease of operation so i bought it. Very attractive pricing. My Wife loves it and we went back and bought one for another senior friend of ours.

Really like the phone not like an old Granny phone not having any problems using it kids always teased me that I needed a Jitterbug because I wasn't Tech savvy but I haven't had any problems so far YEA!

A little hard to get used to, but, after about 3 days, I have come to really like it. It is much easier to navigate through that my old Samsung S-10.

gave this to an elderly friend who has dementia. She could not remember how to use her cell phone but has not trouble finding my phone no. with the jitter bug. Great for the price. Easy to set up.

This smart phone is the easiest phone for my 97 years old father to use.

Nice phone. Wish there weren't so many programs that were additional charges. Simpler to use however for my mom.

My aunt has memory issues. She can't rememeber how to swipe to use a standard cell phone. This is agreat phone for her. She is able to use the features of this phone without any issues.

The phone is easier to use than the jitterbug 2, except for the airplane mode. It is easier top put the jitterbug 2 in airplane mode than the smart3. most other functions are easy on the smart3.

Spectacular and simplistic- purchased for hubs as he really wanted a flip phone. But he discovered a few games and how easy this phone is to follow. Perfect for a soon to be 60 year old pops

i am seriously in love with this phone! it's my very first "smartphone" , and i was terrified at first, but it is so easy to learn to use, and the mic/speaker makes it so easy to hear,talk and especially text is just amazing! i'm learning the camera functions too, thanks to the excellent user guide and tutorials, i'm so thankful i decided to give it a shot! and believe me, if this computer illiterate can make this phone work in a happy way, SO CAN YOU! GIVE IT A TRY!

I'm a senior and wanted to upgrade from my flip phone...This phone is very user friendly for a first time smart phone user...DJS

Quite disappointed in the phone. This my second one, and I thought I'd be getting a Better model -- I didn't! This one doesn't even have all the features the first phone had! Can't even scan list of contacts, have to type in names! And, when my info was transferred from old phone to new one, the system changed All contacts from last-name-first to first-name-first. So hard now to make calls!! A waste of $$ and my time, energy!

Very easy to set up and use. Has everything on it that you would need. Actually it has more on it than I originally thought it would. The easiest iPhone I’ve ever owned. Would highly recommend.
