Very simple to use I recommend this for elderly people who are willing to learn how to use a basic android phone.

Perfect! Just the type of phone this 85 year old needed. Large type, good speaker, voice typing, and the list-based menu makes this a useful phone for seniors. Easy to use and very intuitive. He is now e-mailing, texting, using the internet, and is actually spending time entering info and configuring his phone for his needs. He now "feels" like he has joined the technological age together with his younger counterparts.

Bought this for my mother in law. She loves it. Very easy for her to use. Has an emergency call button. She lives several hours from us and it gives us and her peace of mind.

The Lively Smart Smartphone for seniors were not joking when they said this phone was easy to operate. It definitely was designed for seniors. No complicated procedures to figure out anything about operating the phone. If the operator's manual doesn't answer your questions, just call customer service and they will be happy to help you. We had to call customer service several times. The weight time is minimal and they are the most helpful and courteous customer service I have ever dealt with. You can't lose with this Lively Smart Smartphone. I would highly recommend it, you won't regret it.

I got this phone for my mom and brother to use as I found it to be easier to setup. The phone is great, but the users are not smart phone friendly ugh

I am not a tech person . My son set it up . I love it because I could transfer my landline number. I think it is a great phone for people like me that aren't real tech savvy.

Jitterbug 3 phone from Lively is the best phone for a senior citizen like me, easy to navigate. Helpful to me since I text and send pictures a lot.

There were problems with my old Jitterbug, but your employees were able to get through them. With the problems the old phone had it took a little time to get used to the new one. My confidence is now growing day by day. I am a type 1 diabetic and having the Great Call/Urgent Response is very Important to me.

This is a very nice phone! It has a very easy to use home page with words rather than icons for phone, text, internet, etc! Can't beat the price for a smartphone!

I think the simplicity of the Jitterbug Smart 3 is great. But, I bought it for my 91 old Mom and there are too many steps to make a phone call and the buttons on the side of the phone would be better on the top because she keeps pushing them while holding the phone and either turning the phone off or turning the volume off

I've had a dozen phones and nothing has been as good as the Lively Smart3! It does everything that I need and more and have thrown away my old phones. It's Lively from here on!

This phone is an excellent choice for my dad who has Alheimer's. Although he still struggles a little with the options, it is easier for him to see the first line is where he needs to focus to make phone calls.

Great for this old man. Had a top brand folding phone with a lot of features I did not need. Jitterbug is easier to use and better for older people.

My third Jitterbug smartphone and replacement smartphone 3. The panic button or an emergency alert is too easy to go off, People who need help definitely need it easy but just pulling it out of my pocket would alert people to call and no volume control to mute or stop call. So when it accidentally calls emergency support during a quiet event such as a business meeting or church service, there is no way to stop contact from calling and loudly talking. Also, being able to have your own carrier instead of lively is not easy and some managers at Best buy say the phones are locked yet another manager has no problem. I like the phone, but best buy and lively customer service need better training on setup and use. The pricing is very reasonable but at the low price there is no damage (drop & spill) insurance available which best buy has on many other products,. so if you crack or drop in water, you will need to buy a new one again. just fyi there is a protective cover and glass protection available which adds a lot of cost to the phone but you should get it. It charges nightly but If I use some apps or video, it drains faster and I have to recharge in my car during the day.
