Bought this for my 87 year old Father in Law. This was an upgrade from a Jitterbug Version 3. The new Jitterbug is faster to load apps and is much more responsive from the previous version. It may look the same but it is quicker and a tiny bit larger. I thought this was a very good buy while on sale.

I bought this phone for my 83-year-old mother because it’s easy to use.

After my land line finally died, I researched options for a smart phone, and am very happy I chose the Jitterbug 4. The software is laid out very logically and it is super friendly to use.

I just love the Jitterbug phone I got at Best Buy. I was able to demo one so I could see how easy it was to use. They were able to set it up with a new phone number right in the store, as well as signing me up with paperless billing. It was a great experience.

I bought this phone for an 89-year-old friend who lives alone. She had an iPhone for three years, had difficulty operating it, and would only use her home phone to talk. She is finding the Jitterbug much easier to operate. Still has a few more "lessons" to learn before she becomes more comfortable with it.

Easy Set up. Great for someone with memory issues. Phone is quite easy to navigate while retaining the feel and look of his former really 'smart' (also complicated) phone.

Easy to use and the battery life is wonderful. Great.

Great - so far - still learning how to use it best

My mom couldn't understand how to use it. Which is no fault of the phone. The interface seems to be set up very nicely.

Amazingly knowledgeable salesman. Bought hoping my 96 yr old mom could use this Jitterbug phone better than her iPhone. Time will tell.

So many issues with the phone. This senior is having a difficult time with it. Jumps from one page to another while trying to text or send a voice clip. Jumps to Theme page and do not know whether it disconnected voice clip. So have to listen to message to see where it ended. Then finish voice clip from there. Most importantly, my ringer volume is set @100. But ringer does not sound. I miss important phone calls. Then I try to reread my texts as of now and I cannot scroll up or down. Etc etc. r

Bought the phone for my aunt as she's having cognitive issues. Showed her how to use everything- she fell on day 3 & couldn't get up- used the alert button & EMT was there promptly. I received an alert & it was a comfort someone was there to assist her in a timely manner!

This is a very nice phone. It is just as awesome as the regular big screen 5.4 " phones. I love the magnifying glass feature to enlarge the fonts. Very easy to navigate and it has tutorials to help navigate anytime you need it. The plans for the phone is awesome not expensive at all for what you are getting. The design is ni e. This is a great phone. I highly recommend one for all elderly persons. It has special features for them to call a nurse,doctors, emergency features, so much. Help you & your loved ones feel secure with this phone today. You can also use google,add apps from the app store. I am thinking about getting one for myself.

This is an excellent device for anybody that has a problem seeing the phone and probably have a problem clicking on apps. It has the features as a regular phone.
