I am 87 years old and was envious of those using smart phones, which I was sure I couldn't learn how to use them. Then we studied the Jitterbug smart 4 and knew that was what I wanted. I am still learning some, but enjoying what I know.

Happy with purchase. It was the first smartphone I had purchased and was surprised how easy it was to use.

Got this for our elderly mother. It is an android phone with the custom interface. It is pretty easy to use. We have the most basic service but the service can get pretty pricey if you add the functions and features. The phone works great.

I love this phone. I had the Jitterbug 3 and this one is much faster. My only issue is that Best Buy would not transfer my contacts and other information unless I paid $75. That's ridiculous.

My flip phone finally broke after close to 15 yrs. and at 80 yrs of age I chose the Lively Jitterbug 4 and couldn't be more pleased. Staff was very helpful and Lively gave me outstanding instructions during set-up.

It is very simple for elderly people to use. We absolutely love it!!!

The help I received getting this phone setup for my grandfather was unbelievable. I was in an out of the store within 40 minutes. And the Jitterbug phone is easy to use, much better than the Trac phone it replaced.

I bought the Jitterbug Smart4 Smartphone for my mom. She loves it! We tried other phones advertised to be easy to use for the elderly which were not so easy. We tried this and its great! So happy with the purchase.

Perfect for my 84 year old eyes. Clear screen, easy to use phone, with help built right in.

So many issues with the phone. This senior is having a difficult time with it. Jumps from one page to another while trying to text or send a voice clip. Jumps to Theme page and do not know whether it disconnected voice clip. So have to listen to message to see where it ended. Then finish voice clip from there. Most importantly, my ringer volume is set @100. But ringer does not sound. I miss important phone calls. Then I try to reread my texts as of now and I cannot scroll up or down. Etc etc. r

Very easy to use. Instructions are easy to understand and follow.

Much easier to use than the Lively 3, which matters for old timers like me. I'm pleased with this product.
