It is an android phone with the custom interface. It is pretty easy to use. We have the most basic service but the service can get pretty pricey if you add the functions and features. The phone works great.

Love my Senior Lively Smart4

Staff was very helpful and Lively gave me outstanding instructions during set-up.

A truly "Elderly Friendly" phone

I got her the Jitterbug4. Great phone and the urgent response support is phenomenal!!!! Glad I switched her to Lively and the TCL Jittetbug4!

I was in an out of the store within 40 minutes. And the Jitterbug phone is easy to use, much better than the Trac phone it replaced.
