I really like this phone! I never thought I would find a smart phone that was so straight-forward & easy to use ....so glad I made this purchase ...it's so much better than my old flip phone.

I especially like that I can speak my words into text. Also , it is nice to have the larger screen to read everything better. Voice assistant is another great feature!

Excellent service, knowledgeable and helpful associate helped me find exactly what I needed and found a way for me to save some money, too!! My 84 year old dad is loving the Jitterbug!

Easy to use, learn and operate. Only thing is that the volume is so touchy.

It's a perfect phone for the elderly and/or people who have difficulty seeing or with more difficult technology. The prices are good too!

Bought the phone for my aunt as she's having cognitive issues. Showed her how to use everything- she fell on day 3 & couldn't get up- used the alert button & EMT was there promptly. I received an alert & it was a comfort someone was there to assist her in a timely manner!

Got this for my Mom and she loves it. Easy for her to use, it keeps her safe, and there is a number for help so she doesn't have to call me lol

The phone was relatively simple to set up, though my mother would not have been able to do it on her own. The biggest problem she has is that her dominate side is week from a stroke and she finds this phone significantly heavier than her old iphone, making it hard to hold.

My mom loves it! Seems to do what she needs without being confusing.

After my land line finally died, I researched options for a smart phone, and am very happy I chose the Jitterbug 4. The software is laid out very logically and it is super friendly to use.

I bought this phone for my 83-year-old mother because it’s easy to use.

This is actually not a bad phone for the price. The only thing I'm disappointed in is the camera and that it's 4g. A plus is that it offers a simplified home screen for those who aren't too familiar with using a smart phone yet.
