The only thing I'm disappointed in is the camera and that it's 4g. A plus is that it offers a simplified home screen for those who aren't too familiar with using a smart phone yet.

He is no longer capable to use an iPhone so I purchased this phone and he can use it to make & receive calls. Thank you for still selling a simple phone for elderly or disabled family members. Good reliable company and cellphones

The cell phone products are very reliable and offer the technology I require. My one criticism is on my latest purchase of the Smart 4 cell, it got larger instead of smaller.
