The only thing I'm disappointed in is the camera and that it's 4g. A plus is that it offers a simplified home screen for those who aren't too familiar with using a smart phone yet.

He is no longer capable to use an iPhone so I purchased this phone and he can use it to make & receive calls. Thank you for still selling a simple phone for elderly or disabled family members. I have tremors & thought this would be a good option, but it can get frustrating.
