Should not take so many steps to make a call. Set up took over 3 hours. Set up for alert device was even worse. It's more expensive than I expected when it all was finished. I would have done more research. Calling was a nightmare.

It was not easy to get things transferred from her old phone to this one. They were unable to transfer her contacts so I had to be put them in manually.

At the time of purchase, I was led to believe that a Best Buy Tech would assist in setting up the phone once it arrived! When I picked up the phone, I was told at the Customer Service desk, that such help was not available! I am 91 years of age and not too Tech savvy I had to call my out of town grandson to come and help set up the phone!
