great phone and easy to use but a pain to set-up w/ transfer from old etc. Really nice tech suopport folks

The Jitterbug Phone has met all my cellphone needs. It’s easy to learn and the capabilities are everything I need.

Talked my mom into getting it after her stroke. Should not take so many steps to make a call. Set up took over 3 hours. Set up for alert device was even worse. It's more expensive than I expected when it all was finished. I would have done more research. Calling was a nightmare.

i have tried many phones but this phone is very easy to work. i enjoy using this phone.

Far easier to use than any previous smartphone. I am still learning about it.

I like most of the features except the picture function is much more complicated. also I receive too many messages thru google and notifications of texts. this is annoying . The sounds is not loud enough even on the highest setting?

Not as easy to switch to if you are changing carriers ...also, best buy does not help with the setup or transfer. They just sell the phone.

So far, so good. Took awhile to get the bluetooth connected to my car, but my daughter figured it out.

Basically, the same as my old phone so minimal adjustment to use it.

I love my Jitterbug Flip Phone. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because you have to watch the button on the side that adjusts the phone volume. It goes to silent easily if you accidentally touch it. Otherwise great phone!

The product was not in stock and had to be ordered. At the time of purchase, I was led to believe that a Best Buy Tech would assist in setting up the phone once it arrived! When I picked up the phone, I was told at the Customer Service desk, that such help was not available! I am 91 years of age and not too Tech savvy I had to call my out of town grandson to come and help set up the phone!
