I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because you have to watch the button on the side that adjusts the phone volume. It goes to silent easily if you accidentally touch it. Otherwise great phone!

The only issue is that the button to wake up screen is one of two black buttons on the side and not easy for a senior to find. Also the instructions to swipe up disappear. Could be better set up for senior ease of use.
