    I like the idea of it-easy to operate. But it does not ring for calls and some friends get immediate call back. then I find it on do not disturb or the sound bar all way down or airplane. Its as if we have a ghost operating phone delighting in blocking service.

    some problems geek squad tech told us call next day. lively told us they would take over the problem and our geek sq didnt do it right

    Phone may be fine for some seniors but a dementia patient had to go back to an iPhone that he’d used before. There’s too many steps for him to follow for just about all of it. So it ended up a big unnecessary waste of money

    Excellent for individuals with limited vision. Works in Europe by restarting at each location. Wish the menu was more adjustable, allowing the “View All Apps to be moved closer to the top of the list

    Unfortunately, Lively is not accessible to many areas in northern WI. There is no cell coverage for my mother-in-law in Oconto Falls and there is no coverage in our own hometown of Wausau.

    sara is the best very knowledgeable i think your store has improved from my vist a year ago, i stood in the store a year ago for 45 min didnot get any help. i left came back this year, nice change. you need more people like sara!

    I work in tech and account setup is an unnecessary nightmare. Given the audience, it should take an image of the credit card and predictively fill the address as the user types, but it prompts the user to enter several fields twice (manually). It's obvious that there's field requirements on the backend that aren't defined to the user, so it's a guessing game. If it doesn't meet the requirements, the form just resets. if you're lucky enough to get past that, it will probably charge your card several times, but tell you there was a processing hour. AN HOUR LATER we still don't have his account setup and I'm someone who does system integrations for a living.
