More storage. Clear display. Slow turn on. Had to add separate gps.

I work in tech and account setup is an unnecessary nightmare. Given the audience, it should take an image of the credit card and predictively fill the address as the user types, but it prompts the user to enter several fields twice (manually). It's obvious that there's field requirements on the backend that aren't defined to the user, so it's a guessing game. If it doesn't meet the requirements, the form just resets. if you're lucky enough to get past that, it will probably charge your card several times, but tell you there was a processing hour. AN HOUR LATER we still don't have his account setup and I'm someone who does system integrations for a living.

Trying this style phone in hopes it’s easier to Use then their flip phone

I was able to purchase my Jitterbug4 at Best Buy. Being a senior the phone makes everything easy for me. My Geek Squad is always there when I need them.They are the best.

Phone was returned because Best Buy has no customer service. It's your product and you cannot provide customer service or assistance in any way. Very disappointing. Shameful. Why carry a product for which you cannot help customers with their questions and issues. Will be going somewhere else.

Worthless for the Elderly. There is a software glitch that has NOT been fixed for 3 months. The whole point in getting this phone for my Dad was to have ONLY 3 icons on the home page - Phone, Text, Photos. The problem is if you follow their exact protocol to remove the other icons it works for a few seconds, UNTIL you use an app then it repopulates the home page with the icons all over again!!! Frustrating. With 10 apps he doesn't use what's the difference with his old android?

My Honeyman had a flip phone. This has brought him into the Smart Phone generation. We are very happy with our phones. Customer service was amazing.

I have never had a Smart phone and am pleased how easy it is to use. I haven't tried doing everything, but there are how-to guides and I know that I can always call customer support at Lively.

This is a great phone for us old folks. We are of the paper and pencil generation, but, better than the phone was the excellent service at Best buy.

It was so easy speaking with customer service in purchasing my new phone. The rep was helpful and patient.
