Horrible customer service

My husbands phone was stolen in the nursing home so I called and locked it. When I got the bill the lady was very rude and said she called my phone which she did not.

The navigation windows were to small for him because of his limited eyesight. He had trouble figuring out what to do at each step to make a call. to many screen changes. buttons on the side did not stand out enough for him to know if he was actually touching them. More functions than needed.

Not a good senior phone

Had speaker on and still was not good. All around not good for senior citizens. Which is who it was suppose to be made for.

So much for making it a seamless process. I will not make a purchase at best buy and will share my experience with everyone I can tell. Their loss!
