I like the idea of it-easy to operate. But it does not ring for calls and some friends get immediate call back. then I find it on do not disturb or the sound bar all way down or airplane. Its as if we have a ghost operating phone delighting in blocking service.

Its a good basic smart phone. It doesn't have too many features. It doesn't have a lot of storage space but im fine with that

Smart4 doesn't have ease of use as Smart3. Unhappy

some problems geek squad tech told us call next day. lively told us they would take over the problem and our geek sq didnt do it right

Aside from the very helpful assistance provide by Heavenly, the Jitterbug smart phone is just what this elderly non- technical person needed

Excellent for individuals with limited vision. Works in Europe by restarting at each location. Wish the menu was more adjustable, allowing the “View All Apps to be moved closer to the top of the list

Slow in response/ takes a bit of time to completely turn on for operation

Transferring data from one phone to the new one has been difficult, particularly getting voice mail on line

I was unable to transfer contacts to the new phone.

Best Buy did not activate the new cell phone in the store. Pkg highlights in red/whtle color, the following: "Activate In-Store Today." Was told Best Buy does not activate. Jitterbug cell phones are good products.

sara is the best very knowledgeable i think your store has improved from my vist a year ago, i stood in the store a year ago for 45 min didnot get any help. i left came back this year, nice change. you need more people like sara!

Addresses the need for an adaptive phone for a senior with Parkinson's Disease.

I am enjoying my new phone....... I absolutely miss the flashing white light that someone has called or texted.

I was able to purchase my Jitterbug4 at Best Buy. Being a senior the phone makes everything easy for me. My Geek Squad is always there when I need them.They are the best.

Trying this style phone in hopes it’s easier to Use then their flip phone

More storage. Clear display. Slow turn on. Had to add separate gps.

Great phone but horrible customer service. My husbands phone was stolen in the nursing home so I called and locked it. When I got the bill the lady was very rude and said she called my phone which she did not.

Just what we needed. The printed manual is exactly what is needed for a senior.
