Ok. I like Best Buy in Mansfield, not so much in the Arlington store.

So far so good. This phone is great for seniors; it has large icons, texts and has a loud phone ring.

Terrible terrible customer service rep. She was Extremely rude. No one to help me find a phone except for an ATT worker who happened to be there. Store wanted me to wait 3 hours while they pulled the phone off the shelf. Really…???I left and ordered it online. Had curbside pickup so I could avoid the nasty rep. Clearwater FL store on US 19 N. Won’t go back to that store again.?

Received the Smart4 Smartphone and tried to set it up. The voicemail would not work. Spent an hour with customer support to try and fix it. Finally said the phone was defective and they said they would send a replacement. What we got was a flip phone instead of the smart phone. At that point we decided to go back to the iphone. Took a week to get phone number transferred back from Lively.

Service was great. Love the phone. The associates very knowledgeable. Leroy P

I had a 3G Lively phone that was pretty good, but broke. I purchased the 4 G phone and I am not as happy with the sound quality and apps.

Terrible service, sold a ban new phone that was defective. Returned the next day and I had so much trouble I gave the phone back. Will I ever return no I will not

For seniors, bah, humbug. Even your blue shirts don't have a clue as to all the garbage you have to go through to set up a simple talk and text phone.

The best choice for Seniors is Best Buy's Jitterbug Smart Phone.

This is probably a good phone, but did not work for the primary purpose I wanted it for...verification for online banking. My bank will not use phone numbers that are prepaid or 'month-to-month' paid for identity verification. So, if you need it for online banking, don't get this. I did not discover this until it was past the return window. So, stuck with the phone also.

I have 32 years of IT experience. I'm 75 now and this is the. MOST !! Confusing phone I've ever come across. You can download apps like my bank app and never find it again.several other things but I don't think I have enough room Will Be Returning. Stick with a "normal* smart phone
