    I got the phone for my teenager boy and now it wont turn on and it been charging for two day. Nothing has happened to it. Itnis also hard since you cant pay with a phone card and it hard to get someone to help with customer service especially when you are on hold then they hang up on you

    Terrible product. Once activated, they gave me a phone number that was already being used by someone else! This basically bricked the phone and now it's a doorstop. Inexcusable.

    This is supposed to be easy for seniors but wasn't easy at all for my mom. The prompts need to be simplified. Also the return policy is ridiculous--less than 30 days since we received it. You can't get it in the store so the only way is to order it. By the time you get it you've already lost lots of time.

    Never got to work. Keeps shutting off. Paid activation for Lively and they will not help set up. They all say he has to do on his end which was fine But not one of them would help with the walk through with him. Completely a waste of money

    We were told that this phone could support wi-fi calling using the existing phone number. After activating the phone we found out that the only way to do wi-fi calling was with a third party app which would provide another phone number. That would have been too complicated for the elderly user.

    Purchased this back in August for my dad, this is October and yesterday when he went to use his phone, his entire screen is white and he can’t see anything. We have powered it off, letting it go dead, and it is unusable after two months. Will not buy this brand again as it last the lease amount of time than any other brand, save your money

    I had a phone until I bought jitter bug .Now I have had no phone for a week. When I called Lively they said Best Buy jitter bug was defective they would send me a new one in two days it has been 5 and I still have NO phone !

    Absolute joke of a phone and service. 5 attempts to transfer old number, over a month of my time and hours on hold. This company is terrible and I cannot recommend . I've wasted hours and hours on what is normally a simple process

    Extremely high fee to set up account. Once account was closed Lively continues to send monthly bills plus they do not prorate when cancelled

    This phone has not worked properly since the day I bought it. I’ve called lively and they keep telling me it’s fixed. I can’t even make or receive calls!. Would never buy this phone again!!!

    Bought this for my mother because she is almost blind. We were told she could use voice commands. The voice commands don’t work for answering a call or hanging up. She needs to be able to see to do those. It was pretty useless.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible phone, it's very difficult to navigate, and does not work properly. The phone kept randomly dialing the Urgent Response number, and blinking without anyone touching it. Piece of garbage. Don't waste your time or money!

    They lure you with a 19.99 / month rate, then charge 35.50. Had to wait on hold 12 minutes to cancel account. They will not prorate, and will charge me $35.50 again. It's a postpaid account.
