Call volume way too low

Too complicated for a senior of 96 years.

The navigation windows were to small for him because of his limited eyesight. He had trouble figuring out what to do at each step to make a call. to many screen changes. buttons on the side did not stand out enough for him to know if he was actually touching them. More functions than needed.

Phone is fine, terrible customer service

So much for making it a seamless process. I will not make a purchase at best buy and will share my experience with everyone I can tell. Their loss!

Not happy.

The voicemail would not work. Spent an hour with customer support to try and fix it. Finally said the phone was defective and they said they would send a replacement. What we got was a flip phone instead of the smart phone. At that point we decided to go back to the iphone. Took a week to get phone number transferred back from Lively.
