Jitter bug jumping phone

DO NOT BUY

The icons are large and customer care is friendly, helpful, and patient. At the store, I would have explained the need for data better for an elderly person to understand. But that is a small issue that customer care took care of.

Good phone for seniors
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The phone is great! Easy to operate for a senior citizen and easy to set up. The doesnt side is that it does not have voice activated calling so if the person needs emergency services they have to press a button on the phone. Not great if they fall and cant reach the phone. You can purchase a button device they wear but its extra and we were not told this when we purchased the phone by Best Buy sales people. I would rate this phone a 5 except for the poor sales people , the misinformation, and the fact that it doesnt have voice calling.

Have just recently purchased the Jitterbug Smart 4 from Best Buy, and so far I am very satisfied with it, it is a great phone.
