Best Buy fails in customer service.

It's your product and you cannot provide customer service or assistance in any way. Very disappointing. Shameful. Why carry a product for which you cannot help customers with their questions and issues. Will be going somewhere else.

False Advertising

No one to help me find a phone except for an ATT worker who happened to be there. Store wanted me to wait 3 hours while they pulled the phone off the shelf. Really…???I left and ordered it online. Had curbside pickup so I could avoid the nasty rep. Clearwater FL store on US 19 N. Won’t go back to that store again.?

A little disappointed

Can't use for online banking identity verification

My bank will not use phone numbers that are prepaid or 'month-to-month' paid for identity verification. So, if you need it for online banking, don't get this. I did not discover this until it was past the return window. So, stuck with the phone also.

DON'T DO IT .... TOTALLY CONFUSING

MOST !! Confusing phone I've ever come across. You can download apps like my bank app and never find it again.several other things but I don't think I have enough room Will Be Returning. Stick with a "normal* smart phone
