Great customer service

The icons are large and customer care is friendly, helpful, and patient. At the store, I would have explained the need for data better for an elderly person to understand. But that is a small issue that customer care took care of.

Good phone for seniors

The doesnt side is that it does not have voice activated calling so if the person needs emergency services they have to press a button on the phone. Not great if they fall and cant reach the phone. You can purchase a button device they wear but its extra and we were not told this when we purchased the phone by Best Buy sales people. I would rate this phone a 5 except for the poor sales people , the misinformation, and the fact that it doesnt have voice calling.
