Terrible support mars decent product.

The phone works right outside the house but not inside. When I asked about range extenders or femtocells... which work on Verizon and work with the Jitterbug 3 (we had a medical device that came with one on loan) they simply said we cldont support anything and our policy is to tell customers to disconnect the service. They are supposedly working on something but who knows when it will be available. Terrible support for a simple problem to fix.

No Wi-Fi calling
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It took over four days to port my phone number over, then it wouldn’t do what I was told it would do work on Wi-Fi calling, since we have no cell service at my home I need to be able to use Wi-Fi to make calls, I had to return the phone.

Phone Would Setup

The new Jitterbug Smart4 phone would allow setup via the Lively Representative/Tech. My Mother had to return the phone via Lively. She had to wait 5 business days for a new phone. So my Mother was without phone for week. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Hidden Fees
