Some of the least helpful help I have ever experienced. The phone works right outside the house but not inside. When I asked about range extenders or femtocells... which work on Verizon and work with the Jitterbug 3 (we had a medical device that came with one on loan) they simply said we cldont support anything and our policy is to tell customers to disconnect the service. They are supposedly working on something but who knows when it will be available. Terrible support for a simple problem to fix.

It took over four days to port my phone number over, then it wouldn’t do what I was told it would do work on Wi-Fi calling, since we have no cell service at my home I need to be able to use Wi-Fi to make calls, I had to return the phone.

it breaks down a lot and i was told i had unlimited talk and text. Not true. My bill was raised 25 dollars plus tax because they claim i went over the unlimited talk and text

I purchased this phone for mother who had older version of this phone. The new Jitterbug Smart4 phone would allow setup via the Lively Representative/Tech. My Mother had to return the phone via Lively. She had to wait 5 business days for a new phone. So my Mother was without phone for week. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Beware when buying this phone, they have hidden fees in there government and mandated taxes and fees. With WI taxes the fees are $9.10 monthly. Will rate everything badly hiding fees.

Worst service from Lively. If you need to cancel for your loved one forget it. They will continue to suck money out of you until they can talk to the person on the account.

Terrible phone for seniors-to many steps in making a call. sound levels horrible-too low! Just not user friendly. Regretful purchase.

You cannot add a contacts address. This phone is usless!

Does not work with Libre 3 app. But device is Android 13.
