This smartphone is advertised for seniors as being easy to understand and use. Lively is the company selling this cell phone. I have had their Jitterbug Smart4 for a few week now. The provided manual could be better since setting up this phone for specific purposes needs more elaboration. I have had to contact Lively customer service three times for expansion and clarification relating to various uses. I have been impressed with battery life. Your should wait for the battery life indicator to reach no more that 3-5 minutes of battery life before recharging. There is a definite learning curve for this phone unless you are reasonably savvy with other more complicated cell phones.

Seems to be working fine for my need. I like the big numbers and battery life. It is easy to use for my needs. Handy to have ask google

This Jitterbug Smart4 smartphone is user friendly. The font is larger than other smartphones. I really love all the features it has and as a senior I am able to use it with ease!!

I like the phone because it's somewhat easy to use although I still need help with some things.

The screen is bigger,there is double the storage space than the lively #2 edition.The #4 edition also holds the battery life longer which is great so you don't have to recharge faster.

It is OK. I had one of the old ones for many years. NEVER any problem. This one only works in certain areas of my home, or if I turn toward the window in the kitchen or bedroom. This is not acceptable for SENIOR CITIZENS, If you cannot provide service coverage, say so. I am 92/disabled. SENIORS depend on these tools for safety. As to recommending this to others, it would depend entirely on if it works where they live. N Talley PhD

Simple to use for those of us who are looking for an uncomplicated telephone for staying in touch, rather than a tiny computer. The camera, photos and videos, google maps, apps and other additional helpful features are bonuses

I purchased this phone because my husband bought one a few months ago and is totally happy with his phone. We resisted buying "smart phones" for a very long time but this phone, the Jitterbug Smartphone for seniors, is everything we need without all of the "hooplah," which we definitely do not need. Now we are both happy with our phones.

I love the BIG clear screen!! That caught my attention right away. Keyboard very smooth, easy to touch & no problems. Clear sound and very nice pics too I would definitely recommend to everyone.

I still have much to learn but I am hopeful for a user-friendly phone that will serve me well.

These phones are great for seniors who do not like Apple iPhones cloud. I have lost hundreds of pictures from soneone who hacked my whole phone thru the cloud. Whatever happened to private phones? There are no more and it's a sad day when we have no control over our iPhones encrypted or not. The same goes for televisions my tv got hacked bc there is a computer on it. We lost our privacy in South Jersey'how sad when I call for help I am taken all over the world and they have no idea what I am talking about.cone on Jitterbug you can make televisions thank you for making these phones maybe there is hope that we can say whatever we want on the phone without anyone listening

Good phone for seniors. Can be a pain to get set up with Lively though.

It does everything I need, don't know what other bells and whistles I would want and great customer support. All at a great price for phone and monthly cost.

Sandeep and Tom, at the Vacaville store, were amazing with my elderly mother. The Jitterbug was her last chance to stay current, independent, and up-to-date with cell phones. It comes with a small handbook, which is a game changer for elderly users. So far mom is doing well teaching herself to use the phone. Thank you for stocking these phones and for being so patient and kind to an old lady!

Jitterbug Smart Phone 3- Great size, easy to read, perfect features for the elderly, BUT, many of the features don’t work! We spent hours on the phone with the company and they’d fix an issue but the next day it’s wasn’t working again. The service company was very kind and helpful offering several suggestions and fixes. They even reset the phone multiple times and it would work…but the next day the feature was broken again! Again, good phone for the elderly, less features and simpler to use than a regular cell phone… But you’d better have the patience to work through the issues. P.S. We have a 95 year old using it, so if she can deal with it anyone can!

We bought this for grandpa. It is easy to use and functional. This is z hoid choice for an older person.

The phone works fine. The manager who advised me that Lively could not set up a phone account for Alaska was completely wrong. I have only to call them and set it up. I spent a very long time trying to do it with GCI, and wound up deleting the cell phone account with them.
