This phone works well for just about all practical needs. I would say my only wish is that the camera and picture quality were a little better. Otherwise, the simiplicity of it and its functionality are quite good.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and helpful associate helped me find exactly what I needed and found a way for me to save some money, too!! My 84 year old dad is loving the Jitterbug!

This is an excellent device for anybody that has a problem seeing the phone and probably have a problem clicking on apps. It has the features as a regular phone.

I really enjoy the smartphone4,as my very first smartphone ever it`s very easy to use and if I get confused I always have the how to guide, very useful.As a senior I`ve been able to figure out a few features all by myself and I`m very proud of myself for being able to do that.I do miss the memory games I had on my flip phone but I might be able to download some off the internet.

I just love the Jitterbug phone I got at Best Buy. I was able to demo one so I could see how easy it was to use. They were able to set it up with a new phone number right in the store, as well as signing me up with paperless billing. It was a great experience.

This was remarkably easy to set up for my great aunt. She hates smartphones and Jitterbug was the simplest we could go without losing the features she wanted to keep. The user guides are handy for reexplaining how to make a phone call every time she needs to, and it is pretty easy to break out of the Jitterbug menu into Android's main UI and settings. Chief complaint remaining is that the default non-dismissable Android notifications for "finish setting up your phone" are still there until I want to spend 2 hours tinkering while my great aunt wonders what I'm doing. I wish Lively had trimmed what notifications can appear by default.

i think this phone is perfect size and very simple to work for a senior who may not be tech savy. I would purchase again!

This is a very friendly easy to use phone. It makes easy use for hearing, seeing with large print. Appts are easy to find. This phone is great for anyone. Love my phone.

I bought this phone for my brother who has some cognitive issues. It is fairly easy to use, but I had to activate by phone since the online activation was not working properly. The phone is supposed to have a customizable home screen which would be great, however the original home screen keeps coming back once you restart the phone. Very annoying.

So glad we found this phone for my 92 yr. old mom. Easy to understand and find what she needs, and it has a highly visible emergency button so she doesn't need to carry additional devices.

still learning how to use it...has a lot of features, and a very informative manual...I will get a lot of use out of this instad of being glued to my computer.

Bought the phone for my aunt as she's having cognitive issues. Showed her how to use everything- she fell on day 3 & couldn't get up- used the alert button & EMT was there promptly. I received an alert & it was a comfort someone was there to assist her in a timely manner!
