I like the phone because it's somewhat easy to use although I still need help with some things.

Great phone for seniors ! I don’t use the phone often but when I do it is easy to navigate

we bought this for a senior who had trouble using cell phones but she was able to understand how to use this one and is very happy with it

Pretty good except you can still get junk on it easily. Not viruses but lots of notifications. Not happy about that.

Jitterbug Smart Phone 3- Great size, easy to read, perfect features for the elderly, BUT, many of the features don’t work! We spent hours on the phone with the company and they’d fix an issue but the next day it’s wasn’t working again. The service company was very kind and helpful offering several suggestions and fixes. They even reset the phone multiple times and it would work…but the next day the feature was broken again! Again, good phone for the elderly, less features and simpler to use than a regular cell phone… But you’d better have the patience to work through the issues. P.S. We have a 95 year old using it, so if she can deal with it anyone can!

A relatively high quality smartphone at an affordable price.

It is going to take some time getting used to. I am having trouble with text messaging.

I still have much to learn but I am hopeful for a user-friendly phone that will serve me well.

This phone is great compared to other models offered by Lively in the past and offers 4G technology and a faster speed. While it is not another type of phone it is both easy to use and a great value. You do not need to have the safe and sound package so that saves on your overall plan. This phone was easy to set up, easy of my Mother to use in her 90's and offers a lot of options on the plan and apps.

Love my new Lively Smart phone number 4. It has so many wonderful features. If you jav medical situations and are a senior then this is the phone for you. It is very economimaland efficient for all your needs

Sandeep and Tom, at the Vacaville store, were amazing with my elderly mother. The Jitterbug was her last chance to stay current, independent, and up-to-date with cell phones. It comes with a small handbook, which is a game changer for elderly users. So far mom is doing well teaching herself to use the phone. Thank you for stocking these phones and for being so patient and kind to an old lady!

These phones are great for seniors who do not like Apple iPhones cloud. I have lost hundreds of pictures from soneone who hacked my whole phone thru the cloud. Whatever happened to private phones? There are no more and it's a sad day when we have no control over our iPhones encrypted or not. The same goes for televisions my tv got hacked bc there is a computer on it. We lost our privacy in South Jersey'how sad when I call for help I am taken all over the world and they have no idea what I am talking about.cone on Jitterbug you can make televisions thank you for making these phones maybe there is hope that we can say whatever we want on the phone without anyone listening

This phone works great for my 95 year old mother in-law. Easy to use and the cost is very affordable.

The Jitterbug phone works for my relative. Battery life is acceptable. I found out that it is technically unlocked, but it only works on limited networks. However, we decided to use the restricted Lively service for the added features.

We bought this for grandpa. It is easy to use and functional. This is z hoid choice for an older person.
