Good phone for my elderly father. The screen has large letters and easy to follow, make and receive calls. I had looked for a phone that would have smart phone features while being easy to use. Also wanted something with a cheap plan.

I bought this phone for my brother who has some cognitive issues. It is fairly easy to use, but I had to activate by phone since the online activation was not working properly. The phone is supposed to have a customizable home screen which would be great, however the original home screen keeps coming back once you restart the phone. Very annoying.

I really enjoy the smartphone4,as my very first smartphone ever it`s very easy to use and if I get confused I always have the how to guide, very useful.As a senior I`ve been able to figure out a few features all by myself and I`m very proud of myself for being able to do that.I do miss the memory games I had on my flip phone but I might be able to download some off the internet.

These phones are great for seniors who do not like Apple iPhones cloud. I have lost hundreds of pictures from soneone who hacked my whole phone thru the cloud. Whatever happened to private phones? There are no more and it's a sad day when we have no control over our iPhones encrypted or not. The same goes for televisions my tv got hacked bc there is a computer on it. We lost our privacy in South Jersey'how sad when I call for help I am taken all over the world and they have no idea what I am talking about.cone on Jitterbug you can make televisions thank you for making these phones maybe there is hope that we can say whatever we want on the phone without anyone listening

The one I had before this one was much easier to deal with. If you ask ask a question, the answer is shown on a listing that I cannot find on my phone. It could be me, and maybe in time, it will make sense, but at this time, I still find it confusing.

I don't understand why it is said that this phone works only with lively. and that it is difficult to set up. I took the phone out of the box, connected to WiFi, transferred my apps from another phone in just a few minutes, popped in my AT&T SIM and everything is working great.

Phone works great, as long as you plan to use Liveli network. I was told by Best Buy and Consumer Cellular that I could continue to use CC, but that was wrong.
