I purchased this phone because my husband bought one a few months ago and is totally happy with his phone. We resisted buying "smart phones" for a very long time but this phone, the Jitterbug Smartphone for seniors, is everything we need without all of the "hooplah," which we definitely do not need. Now we are both happy with our phones.

The Lively phones are by far the best phones for seniors who do not need or want all the bells and whistles that come with today's smart phones. Even with that said, nearly everything can be done on the Lively smartphones, but it is just easier to navigate from the home screen. It is also possible to port over one's number from their previous provider which is a plus when switching carriers.

If you're looking for an easy cell phone for people over 80, this is it. it's easy to understand instructions right on the phone in the how to guide. The font is large so it's easy to read. If seniors can't use this phone they don't need one.

The phone works fine. The manager who advised me that Lively could not set up a phone account for Alaska was completely wrong. I have only to call them and set it up. I spent a very long time trying to do it with GCI, and wound up deleting the cell phone account with them.

It does everything I need, don't know what other bells and whistles I would want and great customer support. All at a great price for phone and monthly cost.

Dont expect it to be as feature packed as a name brand phone, but it certainly works.

I purchased these for my parents from Best Buy because I was given the impression that once purchased from there, Best Buy would help set up the phones and transferring contacts and the like. We traveled 1-1/2 hours to the Best Buy in New Braunfels and once purchased they said they couldn't help us with the set up. The product itself is good. But next time, I'll just purchase them online from Lively and do the set up myself. Making the trip to Best Buy was a mistake.

Bought this Smart 4 to replace my old Smart 2 that had a failing battery. I find the Smart 4 to have much improved software. There are many more options than before all displayed in dropdown menus. The basic operating system is android 13 while the previous Smart 2 was android 7. A big jump forward. The Device is manufactured in China by a tech company called TCL. They did a fine job and I find this device to be very responsive and easy to use. I recommend it. Big bang for a better price.

Greatly improved battery life and charge time . Larger and brighter screen display is a blessing . Personal adjustments are clearly displayed. A great value!

This phone works well for just about all practical needs. I would say my only wish is that the camera and picture quality were a little better. Otherwise, the simiplicity of it and its functionality are quite good.

Great Phone for my mom, easy for her to use. Very pleased. She had the lively flip phone before we bought her the lively smart phone.

I don't understand why it is said that this phone works only with lively. and that it is difficult to set up. I took the phone out of the box, connected to WiFi, transferred my apps from another phone in just a few minutes, popped in my AT&T SIM and everything is working great.

Upgraded from a lively smart 4 that I have had for 5 years. Knew exactly what I was getting because my spouse already had one. There was a very smooth transfer of data and aps using lively customer service.

If you want this as an actual phone, don’t buy it. But, it’s a great cheap android phone to mess around with, as it frequently goes on sale to $30. It’s incredibly weak, and can barely handle multiple tabs open on a web browser.
