The phone was super easy to set up and to operate, I've been using Jitterbug for 5 years since my retirement and have not been disappointed.

I like everything about the Jitterbug - including the special price at Best Buy when I purchased it. It's simpler by 1000% than the iPhone and I am glad I made the switch.

Ordered this phone for my 80 year old mother in law. She really likes the phone. It is very easy to use, and the big screen is a plus!

I love this phone. I had the Jitterbug 3 and this one is much faster. My only issue is that Best Buy would not transfer my contacts and other information unless I paid $75. That's ridiculous.

I really enjoy the smartphone4,as my very first smartphone ever it`s very easy to use and if I get confused I always have the how to guide, very useful.As a senior I`ve been able to figure out a few features all by myself and I`m very proud of myself for being able to do that.I do miss the memory games I had on my flip phone but I might be able to download some off the internet.

The perfect phone for a 91 year old. The basic uses are all that is needed. Very satisfied with the purchase.

This was remarkably easy to set up for my great aunt. She hates smartphones and Jitterbug was the simplest we could go without losing the features she wanted to keep. The user guides are handy for reexplaining how to make a phone call every time she needs to, and it is pretty easy to break out of the Jitterbug menu into Android's main UI and settings. Chief complaint remaining is that the default non-dismissable Android notifications for "finish setting up your phone" are still there until I want to spend 2 hours tinkering while my great aunt wonders what I'm doing. I wish Lively had trimmed what notifications can appear by default.

Perfect phone for my parents... Buttons are easy to use and they can take pictures.

Phone is much better than Jitterbug 3. Still would like some improvements. The brightness, volume and task icons get adjusted constantly from my touch. Text needs it's own alert sound.

Nice phone and works well for older adults with limited needs and interest in the fancy apps etc. So far reception has been good!

Phone works great, as long as you plan to use Liveli network. I was told by Best Buy and Consumer Cellular that I could continue to use CC, but that was wrong.

I bought this phone for my brother who has some cognitive issues. It is fairly easy to use, but I had to activate by phone since the online activation was not working properly. The phone is supposed to have a customizable home screen which would be great, however the original home screen keeps coming back once you restart the phone. Very annoying.
