I bought this phone for my brother who has some cognitive issues. It is fairly easy to use, but I had to activate by phone since the online activation was not working properly. The phone is supposed to have a customizable home screen which would be great, however the original home screen keeps coming back once you restart the phone. Very annoying.

Phone is much better than Jitterbug 3. Still would like some improvements. The brightness, volume and task icons get adjusted constantly from my touch. Text needs it's own alert sound.

Nice phone and works well for older adults with limited needs and interest in the fancy apps etc. So far reception has been good!

still learning how to use it...has a lot of features, and a very informative manual...I will get a lot of use out of this instad of being glued to my computer.

I am happy that I upgraded to this phone. Now that I am used to it I am using it more. I like the size and the camera works great.

Phone was great for my 83yr old loved one, it was easy for her to use. I would recommend it if new technolody is too overwelming for our senior citizrns.

I love this Jitterbug Smart4 phone. I continue to upgrade each time they have a new smartphone. I have used these jitterbug phones since they started out with the small flip phones. I am a Senior and they are so easy to use. You can't beat them. I would recommend these phones to all Seniors that want to try a Smartphone.

Mom has used a jitterbug 2 for 6 years it was time for a new one. Went to Best Buy because reviews said they would help set it up. They would not. Very disappointing. The store was not busy and still nobody would help me transfer pictures and contacts to the new phone. Love the phone, wish I had bought it for cheaper on Amazon.

Shame on you BestBuy! I purchased this phone online for a friend who is blind and in a wheelchair. She received the phone and got help to transport her to your North Spokane Store, When she arrived, she was told that the technician who could activate her phone would mot be in until 10AM. She waited over an hour for the technician only to be told the he only activated Verizon (not Lively) phones, She was also told that because the phone was not purchased at that store, that they could not activate her phone. On the BB website, the first customer review that shows says: “If I come in person to Best Buy and purchase the Jitterbug Smart4 Smartphone, will I walk out of the store with the phone ready to go with my phone number and a data plan?
