This is a wonderful, easy phone, however - the lively service is sketchy in the area where our friend lives and there seems to be no fix. For this reason, sadly, we will be forced to return this phone because it cannot work with other services.

sound does not get loud enough for me to hear. also it keeps resetting my settings that I need.

I like most of the features except the picture function is much more complicated. also I receive too many messages thru google and notifications of texts. this is annoying . The sounds is not loud enough even on the highest setting?

The on button is very hard to get to . It is recess and small. For the older people it is very hard to get too. They change it on the new phone. Terrible update.

I bought this phone for an 89-year-old friend who lives alone. She had an iPhone for three years, had difficulty operating it, and would only use her home phone to talk. She is finding the Jitterbug much easier to operate. Still has a few more "lessons" to learn before she becomes more comfortable with it.

My mom couldn't understand how to use it. Which is no fault of the phone. The interface seems to be set up very nicely.

This is a very nice phone. It is just as awesome as the regular big screen 5.4 " phones. I love the magnifying glass feature to enlarge the fonts. Happy with purchase. It was the first smartphone I had purchased and was surprised how easy it was to use.

This Phone is very convenient and came in great use for my 8yr Old Granddaughter.. Teaching her how to be responsible and incase of an Emergency she can call for Help and contact our Family..The Price was Great..
