Pushed my Dolby Atmos setup to the limit! Really liked the 4K picture as well

While it's a dark film overall, it is very moving and a great watch

X-Men has never been my favorite superhero franchise. That honor has to go to Batman. But LOGAN is to X-Men what THE DARK KNIGHT was to Batman. Simply put, it is one of the best superhero movies ever made. I hesitate to call it Logan a superhero, however, as this portrayal finds him at his most human. He's worn down, beat up, and tired, and it shows. Rather than a superhero study, this is more of a study of character, of what makes him tick. Again, much in the same way that the Dark Knight Trilogy did for Bruce Wayne and Batman. It is action-packed, yes, but it is also funny, heartwarming and emotional in its own ways, and there are a handful of particularly quiet moments I was not expecting but was pleasantly surprised by. So, I think instead of calling this one of the best superhero movies ever made, I'll go one better and just call it what it is: LOGAN is one of the best *movies* ever made. Period.
