A truly great movie even as a stand alone piece, but add in that this is an X-Men plot and from Fox and its truly amazing. Lets face it Fox's X-Men movies were pretty bad when they first came out and downright awful compared to the comicbook movies we have today. This however is an exception, Hugh Jackman does a fantastic mix of life as a semi geriatric down on his luck super hero and Patrick Stewart's bed ridden, Alzheimers suffering super mutant is brilliant.

I have not watched it without HDR although that would be nice comparison of the standard blu ray vs the 4K HDR disc. The 4K disc is a superb transfer with the only graininess intentional from the director. Dolby atoms soundtrack which I assume is downmixed to a truehd soundtrack since I don't have atmos. Bass heavy which isn't a bad thing. Wish it was a little more aggressive with the surrounds. Finally it's a great movie and the best wolverine rendition period. Just hate to see it come to an end.

This is a very good movie, good picture and good sound.

This is one of those superhero movies that transcends the genre and becomes awesome as a film in general. Great story with great characters, a great plot, and is a brilliant send off to "Huge Jacked-Man" as Wolverine. This movie is worth a watch, even if you aren't very interested in superhero movies, because the themes of this movie are much more than just that. Also, if you're out there with a 4K TV with HDR and need something to show off what its capable of, this is the movie for you.

Another saga in the X-Men franchise. Not too shabby.

Well Hugh Jackman put it out there before the movie came out that he wasn't doing anymore Wolverine movies, which is fine because he saved the best for last. This is by far the best Wolverine and/or X-Men movie to date. It has all the emotions and violence we've been craving in a Wolverine movie (Thanks Deadpool!). Honestly the language and amount of violence is needed for a lot of these comic movies. If you are a fan of the comic movie genre then this is a must buy and watch, like once a month!

Felt like I was watching futuristic Taken movie. Good.

I'm not much of a movie critic but I know what I like. This movie compared to other xmen or comic book movies is on another level. The pacing and excitement are as much as any other blockbuster movie, but the emotion and character development of people we already know, Logan, Charles, but with Laura growing up in one movie is just stupendous. It really is a mature, entertaining and also sad movie that really tops off 18 years of not just 2 characters but an entire franchise. Very well done.

This movie, though a bit of a rough ride emotionally, shows how comic properties can be approached seriously, allowing the drama in the work to shine through. So what is the characters are super-human! There is still a story to tell and characters to love and hate. If this is to really be Hugh Jackman's final run as Wolverine, he can go out with his head held high. This is how Wolverine was meant to be: a tragic character full of violence who has found his humanity. HIghly recommended.

I love anime it's the best in the store not online

This movie had a good story line, just enough action.

Personally, I would rank this in my top 3 favorite superhero movies with The Dark Knight and Winter Soldier. Hugh Jackson gives a phenomenal performance and the movie is styled after a hybrid western/action movie, with the pacing in similar fashion to a western while the violence and language are more in line with an action movie. Highly recommend watching in black and white to get past the brutality (which is fun in its own right) to really understand how great this movie truly is.

Finally, a Wolverine movie centered around the iconic comic character himself. In previous years, there's been numerous X-Men sagas and two standalone films featuring Hugh Jackman as the feral, furious superhero but never had he portrayed him in such a credible way through a concrete performance. Logan is so much more than congested battlefields between mutants as it focuses on a more intimate plot line of a father-daughter relationship, giving Wolverine's last ride a heroic ending.

This was a good X-Men movie. It kept you engaged .

great movie with tons of action logan is a solid movie

Logan, in my opinion, is one of the best comic book films ever made. If you haven't seen this movie yet you are missing out. The steelbook packaging is amazing and the 4-disc version is awesome (4K). My only complaint is that Best Buy shipped my steelbook in a cardboard mailer (not a box) with no protection and it lead to a huge dent on the side. However, It was still worth the price and If these ever go back on sale do yourself a favor and buy it immediately, its worth every penny.

This movie was great! I really liked that they went with a more violent wolverine film this time around. The plot and action were all really great. Now, the steelbook is very nicely done. It's cool that it has both blu-ray and 4k. I just got a 4k lg oled tv. Don't have a uhd player yet but can't wait to check it out when I do. It comes with the noir version as well. Not sure if I'll ever watch it bit cool none the less. Might be a bit to violent for younger kids! Parents be aware.
