Good for competitive gaming

Major upgrade from the previous headsets!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This seems to (for now) be an be all end all headset, i came from several pairs of a40s and if was definitely time for something newer, one thing that was insanely impressive was the microphone, its about time some manufacturer put a decent sounding mic into these headsets and as of now seems like astro/logitech are the first ones to do so.

Wonderful product

Only problem I’ve personally had is the cushion on top does get uncomortable over extended periods of gaming. Maybe if it was a little wider it wouldnt be as bad. All that said I still am glad i spent the extra money on these headsets.

Slight drawbacks are sound leaking from headphones to mic could probably be solved with leather style ear cushions. Other issue is about 10 minutes into use with a PS5 the HDMI with disconnect and reconnect but I lose video feed for about 15 seconds. This happens with HDMI being fed through docking station then into the TV.

Great headphones

I have the astro A 50s and these are far better in my opinion. Comfort is better. Sound is better overall just better. Only down side is they are pricey.

Everyone says that buying this headset is only worth it if you have multiple game consoles (pc, Xbox, PlayStation), and I do have all three, but I disagree. You get what you are paying for and more. The quality of this headset is work the price by itself. The ability to switch between which device you are using with the push of a button is a huge add on. The audio quality is amazing and it just feels premium. The mic is also actually really good for a headset. It’s plenty good for making content or just talking to other people and not wanting to sound like a robot.
