Best headset I've ever had.

If I were to nitpick my only complaint is there isn't an input switch on the base for when your not wearing the headset.

Disappointing Premium: A $400 Letdown in Every Way

On paper, it sounds like a dream: cross-platform support, a sleek charging base, great mic, and Logitech’s trusted brand. But in practice? It’s been one of the most disappointing tech purchases I’ve made—and that’s saying something. Let’s give credit where it’s due first. The base station is easily the most polished part of the entire package. It looks great on a desk, charges the headset quickly when it connects properly, and has clean, intuitive indicators. When PlaySync works, it really works—switching between PC, PlayStation, and Xbox in a snap. But that reliability comes and goes like a coin flip. The microphone also deserves a shoutout. It’s surprisingly clear and sharp for a wireless headset. Teammates could hear me cleanly without background noise, and for Discord or streaming, it holds its own against even some standalone mics. But none of that matters when the headset won’t even turn on. After just a few days of use, the headset suddenly stopped powering up—even after sitting in the base station overnight. I followed every troubleshooting step: hard reset, firmware reinstall, different outlets, re-pairing... nothing. The headset simply wouldn’t respond. For all intents and purposes, it became a $400 paperweight sitting on my desk. Before that, the experience was already rocky. The sound quality felt average at best. Mids were muddy, bass lacked impact, and the overall soundstage didn’t justify the premium price tag. EQ tuning via the G Hub software was clunky and unreliable, sometimes refusing to even recognize the device. The build quality was another miss. While lightweight, the plastic feels cheap and fragile—not what you’d expect for something in this price range. The earcups heat up quickly, and after an hour or two, discomfort sets in. I really wanted this headset to deliver, but when your "next-gen" headset won’t even power on, the rest becomes irrelevant. Logitech may have nailed the concept, but the execution is deeply flawed. For $400, reliability should be a given—not a gamble. Verdict: Great mic, smart base—but ultimately, it's an expensive brick. Proceed with caution.

I do wish they have a 3.5 mm jack so I can wire in my ps5 while using pc mode but outside of that great.
