A Great Flexible Headset, But Not Perfect

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product is great in the easy flexibility it gives between switching from PC, Xbox, and PS --- however, it definitely has its flaws in executing that supposed flexibility. As a wireless headset, it has its traditional issues that you have to deal with --- wireless interference, audio having some blips and blurbs every now in then --- but that's mostly any wireless headset in an environment with competing wireless signals and noise. The biggest issue I've had with this headset is its compatibility with certain apps, specifically Discord if you're a gamer. For whatever reason, this headset fails to stay in use while using Discord. Windows fails to recognize its in use, and your voice and output will just drop randomly. This has been by far the most frustrating issue with the headset. It does not happen with any other headset I've used, only this one. Logitech support has been unable to give any answers on this.

Good sound but bad QC

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The dock bricked the 2nd day after leaving off charger overnight tried many different methods to reset then finally started working. Tried it out for a month seemed like sound was better than my old A40s but at a high cost. Mainly was looking to go wireless. One month in i decided to checkout out the phone app to see what i can tune and while connecting through bluetooth the dock turns off again but this time for good. Spent a couple days troubleshooting holding Playsync/ game button down, unplugging and replug, pressing reset button on bottom, and nothing. Bricked dock. All i can say is buy BB warranty or only have Astro warranty. I would hold off until they fix the problems with revisions. Luckily i still was within my 60 day return period and simply returned them for refund.
