Underwhelming

As expected, they are without a doubt the best headsets I have ever owned. Naturally, I’m excited to pre order the A50s. They have been the absolute WORST headsets I’ve ever owned. The audio is decent, but the software and CS support is HORRID. I cannot for the life of me get the software to update on these headsets and customer support is oblivious to the issue. I will never again purchase another Astro product. I caution anyone to consider a different product. You’re playing roulette buying an Astro. Signed, a once huge fan of the Astro headset.

Only thing that annoyed me was how to set it up from the start, after that tis was easy. Only downfall, no noise cancelling at all

Poor quality

When turning on console the picture doesn't come up unless you put the headset back on the base station and change the input/output settings on it
