Good camera and good service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My 90 year old dad needed to verify his identity with the VA (thanks, DOGE), and for a variety of reasons, needed to do it via video call. His old computer didn't have a camera, so I ordered this puppy online and was able to pick it up on the same day. Pick up was smooth and easy. Got it home, installed it, and did the video call. Got his identity verified and all was well. Thanks Best Buy for saving the day!

Easy to install. Handles poor lighting well

Everyone has told me the quality on their end has been remarkable. Sound quality for the microphone has been a great improvement. Only issue it has new teams capability has been questionable.

Great picture quality and a good microphone to go along with it. If you want something thats cheap and works good this is a great option.
