I didn't need anything super fancy, but I wanted something for Zoom meetings on my large monitor. I got it on sale, and it's absolutely fine. It's nice to be able to close the video easily. Also, it's easy for me to put it on and off the monitor when I don't need it.

Works well

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My prior Logi 720p external camera no longer worked (recognized) with my employer provided Lenovo laptop, which I was informed meant that I needed a higher "p" value/ newer model. Not sure if that makes sense or not, but decided to buy this model. Fortunately, it did solve my problem and I am finally able to use an external camera rather the built-in camera on the computer. The picture quality is adequate for my needs (Teams meetings) but I can't quite know how I appear to my colleagues in terms of quality (I dare not ask this question or lest I get an answer I won't like :p)

Doesn’t really do 1080p wide camera, conflicts.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this as an impulse buy in-store before remembering about the Insta360 Link 2, a camera I came to love. I am returning it as it doesn’t live up to the features; it doesn’t scale to 1920x1080 as said on the box. In OBS at least, it has a weird aspect ratio and even after tinkering with it to force the advertised resolution, it didn’t play nice. It distorted/stretched the edges and sides of the frame, which leads me to think that it’s really not a 1920x1080p camera. Camera is grainy, and it’s evident in the streams I did at night and had to rely on my studio lights. It doesn’t illuminate me well in daytime recordings either. It also has a fixed “hyper” zoom, so it will get a tight frame of your face and there’s nothing you can really do about it. It doesn’t play nice with NVIDIA Broadcast software (or OBS in general), as background removal doesn’t work and routing camera output through NVIDIA Broadcast “corrupts” the camera’s output.

Sounds slightly muffled when I speak using the microphone, but it could also be the location of where I have the camera.
