Piece of Junk

It may work after multiple times disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable, or restarting the PC. Does the exact same thing on two PCs I own. Adding insult to injury is Best Buy's draconian return policy of 14 days. I'm not docking the rating based on that, just buyer beware. The camera sucks regardless, and gets a 1 star.
