For streaming, 720p is fine as the picture is small enough to not make a huge difference If you're using this for professional conferencing, it could do for a time, but 1080p is obviously better.

It's pretty good

The microphone is also surprisingly okay, but a standalone is usually a better option for recording just voice. That is to say, the microphone picks up all sounds.

Get's the job done
