Worked fine. Easy to set up. Since we are beginners at this we asked are friends to help.

Took a few minutes to set up. Interface is terrific. Clear picture and audio.

I was looking at the specifications of the camera and was not impressed by the advertised 720p, 30 fps image quality. Despite these stats on paper, the image quality produced is surprisingly good and will serve needs of video-conferencing well. Its plug and play is also very convenient and does not need any software to start working.

Works well for a video chat with the camera looking only at one person. We needed the camera to view more than one person, for viewing straight on three people, but the option of putting more distance between the camera and the people, was not practical, since even with a USB extension cable, because the room was too small to get the camera far enough back. So the camera had to be set up to view the group at an angle. Granted the camera was only meant to view one person. Maybe in the future there will be a webcam that can be adjusted for a wider viewing angle. On the plus side, the video camera had good video quality, and the microphone picked up audio well. The videocam was reasonably priced.

It's a good camera for the price, but it's biggest flaw is having a vary narrow field of view. It wouldn't be an issue if it was adjustable but it's not

This webcam is pretty good quality with the price that you pay. I just wanted a simple cam that didn’t take up much space or looked bulky and this works perfectly!

Works great, sound and picture very good for the price. Prefer the 60 degree wide angle view for one person VCC over the 78 degree C9920S unit since the higher end unit shows the whole room you are in, which I did not want. I recommend this for the quality and price.

I purchased this to use for online classes and Microsoft Team meetings and its worked really well. I've had no issues using it at all. The mic and camera are decent enough quality and always connects pretty quickly to whatever program I am trying to use. I would definitely recommend this webcam over a more expensive one. It gets the job done.

Not much you can say about a webcam, as long as it works. This replaced an older Logitech webcam that kept locking up, and this one simply runs smoothly, and folks I Skype with say it looks good on their end. The only hard part was figuring out which one I wanted, till I got to Bestbuy, and it was the only one they had under $100.

I was looking for a webcam for one day. Wasn’t familiar with webcams, had never purchased previously. Did a little research on Amazon and Best Buy, different manufacturers and decided upon this one. I must say it was an excellent choice! Price was good not to costly. I had no issues with the device, the picture was clear no glitches, no connection issues, user friendly!

This is a nice quality webcam with some cool features. I like the option to be able to set it on top of my monitor or on my desk. Only thing better would have been if I could have found it on sale. I had seen the same unit for $12.00 less but these things are in high demand and hard to find with everyone home-schooling... otherwise, it's perfect for my needs.

able to get it set up an d using in just a few minutes. able to get it working with my school's computer for use in my classroom and it runs xp. no issues at all. we used it to Skype with a class in NY and the video and sound pick up were spot on.

If you are looking for a simple camera, of good quality and easy to install, this is the best option. Easy to use and doesn't take up much space. 100% recommended

This camera was easy to set up and to use. The software integrated with it flawlessly and as I use it for remote calls to my kids and remote doctor visits it more than serves my purpose, The Microphone worked well with not issues with my speakers, i.e. there was no feedback issues. I would recommend this camera to any casual user such as myself.
