Great web picture quality and sound. Easy install

Not much to really report. 720p w/30fps. Works well for zoom calls and such... currently no complaints and I only got it this morning.

It's a great webcam, works well, good for its price, but sadly can't zoom in or out.

Excellent view and worked well with my Hp touchscreen laptop

Using this camera with my 3D printer and Octoprint on a Raspberry Pi. It was simply plug and play. The os saw the camera and the picture quality is great. It takes great time lapse video of my prints without issues. Would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a camera and not spend a lot.

This cam is fabulous! I bought it for my mom's desktop, and it has a better picture and sound quality than my 2 year old mid range laptop's cam. It was simple to set up, just plug and play. I'm so glad I purchased this, it was a "Best Buy" :D

This is the first webcam I have used. I have a weekly video meeting but I wasn't ready to spend a lot to see if I liked having a webcam. I really like the ease that it hooks onto my laptop - and the picture quality is great. The camera easily works with Zoom.

I got the products that I needed. Order process was a little clunky on multiple items. Increasing the number from a test entry field would improve my experience as I order stock for an IT department. Delivery is always great and tracking helps.

Basically, plug and play. Clip it to the top of your monitor, plug the attached USB cable into your computer, and it will automatically turn on for camera-appropriate apps and websites, like Zoom. Picture and built-in microphone are both very good.

Not the most amazing cam of all time. But it's a budget item and I've been happy with it. Real good mic. Good picture. No issues at all. Using with OBS without any real issues; occasionally, have to remove and readd the cam. Always good once a stream has started. What can I say. Good cam.

The item is aNice product with better quality .Worth it

I needed webcams for a couple of family members -- one with a desktop PC and the other with a notebook in which the camera stopped working -- and this model did the job perfectly for both. I have to commend Best Buy for not raising webcam prices during the shortage, as others have done. Plug-and-play simple, even for novice users. You can get folks started easily by just opening the Camera app in Windows 10... once they see how easy it is they're ready to tackle Zoom, Teams, Skype, whatever.

Nice and simple to use. I've had it for two years and haven't had any issues. Got it for a great price as well. Video quality is not the greatest, but it's perfect for zoom meetings.

Plug and play with Linux Mint 18.x and easy to use with Cheese and Skype. Windows 7 took time to install drivers from update service, but worked fine after that. The mechanical hook was fine with both a slender modern monitor as well as a massive old one with a deep flange.

Has a very narrow view of field. Quality is fine but if you are looking for the standard wide view cam, this isn’t it. To explain - If you sit at a normal distance from your computer- it will mostly only your face that will be in the camera view with this model.

I plugged it in and the computer saw and installed it immediately. When it came time to use it, it performed easily and flawlessly.

This works very well with MAC, as it is pretty much plug and play. The quality of the video is solid, not perfect, but it gets the job done. Great for Zoom/Skype calls for business or school. Not so great if you are doing YouTube or something else that is more production focused. The device is designed fine, it feels like it will hold up and take a few bumps. No issue there, the microphone is so so, I hooked up my external Mic because this just didn't provide the clarity I was wanting. Overall, great little camera for those who need one, especially for the money. I am not going to say this is a camera that performs 10x more that what you pay for, however it is worth your money and works well for the average user who just needs to make skype/zoom calls.

Great purchase for the money. Picture quality is wonderful and the background noise reducing mic truly works. No one was able to hear the barking dogs or the kids in the background as they played in the room next to my office. No one even heard the lawn care guy who kept walking past my office window with the hedge trimmer on full blast. The best part about this is it truly is a plug and play device.

The Logi webcam is great and works well. Highly recommend it especially for those who are looking for a replacement if their laptop camera no longer works.

Bought this for my online classes last year and it has worked great. Quality is decent for a webcam especially at this price point. It has never failed me once and plan on using it for as long as I can.
