This camera is no longer supported by Logitech and will not work with Windows unless you edit some security settings in the registry. Do not buy. I would return it if Best Buy stores were open

The video quality is not great but for the price its acceptable

Even though the specs say this camera works with Windows 7, I found out it doesn't. I needed to buy a camera to participate in online meetings (i.e. Zoom). I have an 8-year old laptop running Windows 7 that I wanted to connect it to. The software for the camera was incompatible, and would not initiate the camera. I had to return the camera for a refund. The craftsmanship of the camera appeared to be good; however, because I was unable to connect, I had to give this a low rating.

Clip on back could be better. Overall product is good but not great.

While the picture quality of this webcam is passable, the problem with this model is that it actually has a traditional 4:3 sensor, but the internal software automatically crops the top and bottom off the image in order to fake a "wide" aspect ratio. This means the image is way too zoomed in for video conferencing, and if you sit at a typical distance from your webcam, your face fills the camera view, making you look way too close.

Simple set up with no issues, picture a little grainy but this isn't for photo shoots..lol

It's a subpar webcam. Decent focus but saturation of the image is poor.

Ok product. Returned it for a better one. With 360 view.

Bought this for my teen son to video chat with friends. It's a good, functional webcam.

The picture quality on this isn't that great. However it was fairly cheap, I'd buy a different one though.

This webcam camera is nice and it nicely sits on top of your monitor.

Great camera. Worked well right from box. However - stopped working less than a year from purchase :(. Randomly stops working, showing just white space, no video, then resumes, then stops again.

Hello, The webcam is decent though when have glare from the window outside dulls the picture.

Needed a basic camera for short term use. Good for the dollars spent, doesn't have a lot of focus options.
