Good quality mic. Really easy to set up, and it was easy to set on top of my monitor. Didn't cause any stress at all.

The Logitech C270 is exactly what I needed for basic video calls. The picture is clear for 720p, even in average lighting, and the colors look natural. The built-in microphone does a good job cutting down on background noise so people hear me clearly. It clips easily to the top of my monitor and stays in place. Setup was just plug it in and go, no hassle. A simple, affordable webcam that works well.

So happy these finally came back in stock. Was sick of using my crappy old laptop webcam for work calls and needed something that would work with my desktop -- this camera is perfect for that. Easy to use, plug and play, and clips right on top of the monitor. Video quality is mostly good, it's not Ultra-HD or anything, but honestly looking at myself in a meeting I'm sometimes happy about that lol. Audio leaves a little to be desired, but I'd recommend using a headset with a built-in mic for calls anyways. Good, simple webcam, does exactly what it needs to.

I purchased this web cam as a solution to video conference while working from home when my company locked their doors during Covid-19. It could not have been easier. Simply plug it in. Open Windows Camera to see if it is working and it was on. It has a little green light on the left side to let you know it is active. Granted it is not high end HD video but it is great for WebEx with video

Works really well for the price. The clamp on the back though doesn't really secure to the monitor well it just kind of hangs over the top of it. But the quality and ease of use of the cam is perfect.

I run a college IT department and have bought dozens of these over the past year. They are simple to set up, have good picture and sound quality, and are bulletproof. I haven't had to replace a single unit since we started using them. I have several off brand cameras that went kaput within a few months. They won't suffice for YouTube or Twitch pros, but are more than adequate for the office or classroom.

I needed a webcam for my computer monitor. This was a good price and a snap to set up with my computer. The picture is good. I only gave it 4 stars as there is no way to attach it to the monitor. I have to balance it on the top of the monitor. If I jostle my desk it moves and has to be rebalanced. I also have to rebalance it every day or so.

This just a solid little webcam that does everything it's supposed to do. Good picture and sets up easy enough. It got my wife out of a jam when her laptop camera skitzed out when she needed to teach a remote class. The only negative I have is mounting. If you have slimmer laptop you may have issues.

Easy to install and download software. Initially encounter difficulties on a number of occasions when trying to use with "Zoom" meetings (kept receiving "error" message saying "...Audio engaged; unable to engage camera.") After having this happen a number of times, with only about 50% success in getting camera launched- I finally sought help from a senior tech with the Best Buy "Geek Squad." He was able to make some technical readjustments to the software settings- this fixed the problem, and the webcam has been working great [with good picture and audio] since then.

I was looking for an inexpensive webcam for some online meetings I needed to be part of since meeting in person was not an option due to the Covid-19 virus. This little camera had what was needed, nothing to install, just plugged it in to my desktop and it was ready for my zoom meeting. What could be easier? Nice clear video and sound, east to adjust as well. Thanks Logitech and Best Buy!

First let me say, this camera works great! Picture and sound qualities are both great! Very small and compact! It's great! However, apparently Best Buy gives you an incomplete package. Off of the official product's website there should be a disc to install the software and an instruction manual. BOTH are not in this packaging sold by Best Buy. The only things you physically get from the box is the camera and the warranty information. Seriously, be prepared that it will take a long time to set it up, it took me two hours. Best start with the manufacturer's website! After set up, its bery easy to turn on the camera when I need to use it. Other than the missing instructions, I would buy this again if I needed to, now that I know how to install the propper software. 2 stars taken off soley for the inconvenience of the missing instruction manual.

up grading because of windows 8. previous Logitech was really great and easy to use. got this one on sale nice price. hook up and said soft ware would install.not after 30 minutes of waiting. went to web site took a awhile to find.took it back to best buy explained my problem. they gave me a new one. went to web site downloaded the software. went I connected the cam it went straight to install and was up and running in 2 minutes. great pictures and the video to incoming and out going are excellent

Purchased web cam to replace another that stopped working. The picture and sound quality are excellent. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the adjustable clip doesn't properly secure at the top of my computer screen like my other camera. I have a Samsung curved monitor, so I'm guessing that is part of the problem. Otherwise, this product is great quality for a fair price
