Like so many others, I purchased this webcam for Zoom meetings to replace a poorly functioning built-in camera on an older IBM ThinkPad T420 which we use for yoga in highly portable situations, moving it from room to room. I also tried it out on my new ASUS Livebook laptop., which is fundamentally a purely fixed-place, heavily wired up desktop setup. On the ASUS, it worked beautifully and seamlessly. On the IBM, it turned into an ongoing hassle with Logitech Tech Support. In the first place, the software would not install properly, yielding multiple messages that another installation was also running. A search of LogiTech's database turned up a possible fix, which I implemented successfully. After the fix, the camera was operational in the sense that it would recognize a mini-window for my appearance in the Gallery view of Zoom, but the live picture feed was absent. This prompted numerous back and forth messages between me and Logitech, trying to assess where the problem lay. I received 2 different aftermarket solutions of alternative executables to try, none of which solved the problem. Either the camera was not registered and recognized as a Zoom-available device, or the picture image would not display. Basically, I have given up making it work on the IBM, and we forgo camera use on Zoom meetings that we have to use the portable IBM for. It works seamlessly on the ASUS, for Zoom meetings where we don't have to relocate the computer for convenience. We can see the yoga instructor, but she can't see us. My recommendation is to only order this camera for a very recently manufactured laptop. In those circumstances, I'd give it high marks. For older devices, it's a crap shoot. What disturbs me most is that Logitech does not have real solutions for to address what is clearly a new issue, namely the widespread use of Zoom.

I bought this camera because my webcam on my laptop wasn't working properly. It was quick and easy to install and worked straight away. It’s a good camera for the price and I’d recommend it to anyone.

I needed a webcam for online conferencing, so the Logitech camera, with its built-in microphone, fit my needs perfectly, and for just $20 ($10 after Best Buy rewards), I'd recommend it to anyone whose reasons for having a webcam, like mine, are basic.

Great little basic HD 720p 30fps camera. For the money, Logitech continues to be the standard by which I continue to judge other web-cams. To confirm, there is no privacy shutter.

I wanted a camera on my desktop for virtual classes with a larger screen. Setup could not have been easier and the picture is very clear. Should have installed earlier!

This camera is fantastic and a decent price. I've used the one with auto focus and if you are moving at all, it is constantly going blurry to refocus. This camera just stays focused the whole time! And the microphone works well too. Very pleased.

This webcam is a good value for the price. It is not plug-and-play. After watching a YouTube video that directed me to a website, it was easy to install. The picture is clear enough for meetings and classes.

the camera can not focus on text and documents. Other than that it is a decent camera.

Good webcam for taking Zoom calls during the Covid WFH. Fits well on top of both my laptop and my monitor. Picture quality up to 720p which is good enough for any work related tasks.

It works well and is easy to use. And it has an adjustment to zoom in and out. You have to set it up with the webcam software. Otherwise, easy to use, or it won't work on your computer.

For the cost, this camera is extremely clear and very easy to set up. This comes from someone who is not very experienced with this type of equipment.

The first logitech camera received was defective and it took quite some time to discover the defect. The next delivery proved to be excellent. It is an excellent device that has lived up to all the claims made.

This webcam is exactly what i wanted. My wife needed to record videos to upload using her phone I would have to convert video to reduce size. With this I can degrade quality to reduce file size and the video is great even with lowered settings.

This is an excellent Webcam if you just want to add capability to your desktop screen. Simple plug and play setup with Windows 10. Works well with Zoom. Price can't be beat, especially at Best Buy.
