Compatibility issues equal lower rating

I needed to buy a camera to participate in online meetings (i.e. Zoom). I have an 8-year old laptop running Windows 7 that I wanted to connect it to. The software for the camera was incompatible, and would not initiate the camera. I had to return the camera for a refund. The craftsmanship of the camera appeared to be good; however, because I was unable to connect, I had to give this a low rating.

Worked great for a year then stopped working.

However - stopped working less than a year from purchase :(. Randomly stops working, showing just white space, no video, then resumes, then stops again.

Not good quality

It doesn't have good quality so while they could see me while testing. Half the time they couldn't read my ID which I needed to submit for their picture to begin the exam. It's ok if you only want it for skype or social networking.
