Pretty lame little camera

Grainy image and the microphone is at best on par with what's in a low-end laptop. Not an upgrade for a mac user unless you really want to put the camera at a different angle than the one built int.

Great camera for a beginner.

spend $5 more and get a 1080p cam

It's safe to say the writings on the wall for them. In addition, why would BBY eliminate the one thing they have going for them? I was told today that curbside pickup was only available for special purchases, like washers and dryers. HUH??? Not everyone wants to come inside your store.

Terrible product and worse customer service

Completely useless and because Beet Buy doesn’t allow returns after 15 days, I’m stuck with this piece of junk. I guess the lesson is don’t buy from Best Buy (unless you’re going to open and test the item the day it arrives) and don’t buy Logitech.
