Our company use these for regular meetings with customers as well as presentations. Tons of apps in the Microsoft store to use with this as well as background filters to block out unwanted attention.

Camera OK, may or may not be software issue

However, after I plugged it in, my sound system wouldn't pick up audio from USB music input. Don't know if this was a problem with camera input or with Zoom or with my computer settings. Am still trying to figure this out. Audio worked OK after Zoom deleted and camera unplugged.
