Couldn’t connect

I had proctored exams to take and had to use my friends computer instead. Then again, it could of been my laptop but I followed the instructions and watched YouTube videos but it still wouldn’t connect.

Posted .Hi Steph! Sorry to see you were having difficulty getting your C270 HD Webcam to work on your laptop. This webcam is compatible with Windows 10 and MacOS 10.10 or later. Perhaps the device you're using is not updated? Your webcam is supposed to be an easy plug and play! But if software isn't the solution, check out the Logitech support page for more tips https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024320953 Hope that helps!
