    Consistently makes my brand new computer freeze up & need to restart- have tried all the troubleshooting, etc. Don't have time to call customer support. Will just use my phone for video. When it does work it's fine.

    I had major problems trying to install the camera--I received contradicting advice from Logitech--finally I gave up trying to get any help from them, after 5 or 6 exchanges. I cannot use any of the features on the camera--every time I want to try something I have to get into the zoom. I have found NO WAY to get into the zoom feature so therefor ALL I CAN DO TO USE THE CAMERA IS USE IT IN THE CLOSE UP MODE.
