My laptop camera broke this was an ok replacement. The sound from the mic is not that good

Good Price Easy installation Simple to use Clear view

This camera was easy enough to set up but no matter what I did, I couldn't get picture taking option to work. No problems with the video function which is the main reason I wanted this camera (for a Windows 10 PC). Uninstalling and reinstalling the software didn't help. I didn't bother returning it to the store since the video was fine.

This is a terrible webcam. I'm a teacher and I Zoom everyday. I have a number of webcams and Logitech should be ashamed of selling this model. My face is dark, the colors are muddy and if you need to make a good impression online - use a different model. I know because I have two webcams and I can see the effects side-by-side. I also see other students with the same model and they look awful too. I bought the C270 for my Mac Mini and thought a webcam is a webcam, is a webcam, but i was wrong. This one is the loss leader - and it's your loss. OK - so instead I recommend the Logitech C330. It's much better, just a little more than this model, and I recommend it as an alternative. I have used it for years. As with all webcams, flood the whole room with a lot of light and the picture will become acceptable. All webcams need a lot of light. The truth is that webcams haven't evolved. Manufacturers are making the same cheap stuff they made years ago. My C330 is at least 12 years old - way pre-pandemic. Logitech and others are charging more for devices, getting it, and not developing better products. We're all so desperate for getting online and we don't know if paying more is better or not. In this case it is. I already retired this C270 webcam and am just now starting to use my digital camera to use as a webcam. The whole situation is much better now. I'm going to probably use the C270 as a loaner. Search YouTube for "best webcams" - you won't find the C270 listed. Good Luck everyone

Seems to work fine. Using it to communicate with a relative 1200 miles away. Good value at the $15 pricepoint.
