Their support staff while slow in responding because of the pandemic has been helpful.

Microphone could stand a gain feature

Decent CHEAP camera

For grabbing, going and convenience I would recommend it but if you have time to shop online in advance I probably would not have come to this option

Don’t waste your money.

Specs say minimum requirements are Windows 10. Hooked it up and wouldn’t work. After researching found out it didn’t work with Windows 10 without downloading sone drivers restarting in safe mode and a few other hops to jump thru. So much for plug and play.
