Video quality is ok. Mount seems to be designed for only one kind of use which is to point straight forward. Pointing it down or at an angle requires creativity.

This product is a good webcam however placement of the camera is a bit difficult

its a mid range camera and it shows. works fine for the price but would buy a better one next time

i was hesitant to buy this b/c i didnt know if it works with macs. It does so im happy.

Unreliable, and frequently unrecognized by Windows 10. It may work after multiple times disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable, or restarting the PC. Does the exact same thing on two PCs I own. Adding insult to injury is Best Buy's draconian return policy of 14 days. I'm not docking the rating based on that, just buyer beware. The camera sucks regardless, and gets a 1 star.

This camera if very simple and easy to use. Just hook it up to computer, give it a minute to load up and you are ready to go. No buttons to push...the camera quickly pops up. I like the simplicity....

bought this for streaming and although it is a big upgrade from my built in webcam it is still not enough.. get the Logitech 1080p version its like 5 dollars more but if your looking to save money and your not using it for pro vids get it!

Complete trash device. BBY has been on the decline for some time now. It's safe to say the writings on the wall for them. In addition, why would BBY eliminate the one thing they have going for them? I was told today that curbside pickup was only available for special purchases, like washers and dryers. HUH??? Not everyone wants to come inside your store.

I'm not blown away by it, but it's a decent enough webcam.

Apparently there is a bug in the software, because the issue of the camera not zooming is a problem for many users. Completely useless and because Beet Buy doesn’t allow returns after 15 days, I’m stuck with this piece of junk. I guess the lesson is don’t buy from Best Buy (unless you’re going to open and test the item the day it arrives) and don’t buy Logitech.

I ended up returning this, the fixed focus meant that I was to close to the camera given my computer set up. It was cheap and now I understand why.

The image quality isn’t the best. Very blurry and lags quite a bit.

I purchased the Logitech Web Cam on my way to a demonstration I wanted to project. Best Buy sales staff assured me that I could just plug it in and it would work. Well, it didn't. Of course I needed to download the software and that took a lengthy amount of time to navigate to the proper software after I had to register the product and find the receipt and find the box for the serial #. I was running out of time with an auditorium of 150 people waiting. Finally, the webcam kicked in, and, tiny! The picture of my demonstration, what I wanted to project, was so small, it was ridiculous. There was no way to make it bigger with my time constraints.
