The microphone volume was not sufficient with the webcam placed on my monitor, and the current windows 10 driver would not let me adjust the sensitivity.

Bought this webcam because my desktop computer didn't have a camera or a microphone. I returned it because it didn't give me a clear picture.

This camera is really easy to use. I got it to talk on Skype with my friends and family while at college and I couldn't be happier with the results I get from it... The picture quality is great and the built in microphone makes it even more convenient for video chatting. For a camera under $40 this would be your best buy ever for a good quality webcam.

Terrible would not connect to the computer. Piece of junk.

Terrible camera. Coloring was off, clarity was poor, user interface via software was nearly impossible to figure out. I returned it.

Bought this based on being able to use it on my Windows 10 PRO Version 1607 PC. Got the following error "launcher_main.exe stopped working ". Logitech blamed Microsoft and vice versa. Brought the camera back. Best Buy handled it professionally.

I have a hard time connecting to a zoom call. My last call just had my audio, no picture.

Picture quality not up to expectations. Was somewhat difficult to set up while on a work VPN. Used for about one day before reverting back to old cam.

I didn’t like it very low quality but I needed something quick. The cord is short and the visuals are horrible

The camera was broken and didn't work, so I returned it for a refund. I then bought one direct from the manufacturer, and it is very good.

Another great product from Logitech! Videoconferencing has never been a good substitute for face-to-face meetings, despite what the bean-counters and managers think. Now that our highly esteemed elected representatives have forced dramatic reductions in travel, we're looking for a way to slow the erosion of our complex inter-agency collaborations. I bought two of these for my division and they are shared among 10 people on Windoze and Macs; they are easy to hook up and to disconnect and re-install. In the past, the jerky video and the inability to carry on multi-party discussions would be a poor substitute for a site visit, but the Logitech cameras are better than our past experience and certainly beat no discussion at all. Thanks to Best Buy and logitech, we have restored some of our collaborations to a tolerable level. Gotta save those tax dollars to get more work done.

This is poor and outdated stuff. Try not to buy it. Logitech is a good brand so build quality is good but product as such is outdated

Its a horrible webcam 0 stars. It has no noise cancellation, makes a high pitch whirring noise.I deserve a $5,000.00 shopping spree from my review.

Cheap. The camera quality is so washed out, and no way to adjust it. Don't bother buying this.

Garbage webcam. Don’t even look at it. No one should purchase this webcam. Absolutely horrible.

Get ready for Blue Screen of Death, failure to take pictures, incompatibility with Skype or any other streaming app, and general uselessness.

Picture is dark in screen even with proper lighting. Seems like I need to use a light around the camera for a better picture. The built in mic is trash, even if I change the settings to max volume for the mic, people can rarely hear me and I'm naturally loud.
