I opted to buy a new computer with a web cam. Returned unopened web cam to store. Was treated badly by the store manager when I returned it.

I passed the 15 day return. :-( The green light will not come on.

Great Camera For The Price

I got it to talk on Skype with my friends and family while at college and I couldn't be happier with the results I get from it... The picture quality is great and the built in microphone makes it even more convenient for video chatting. For a camera under $40 this would be your best buy ever for a good quality webcam.

This was a time burner

Got the following error "launcher_main.exe stopped working ". Logitech blamed Microsoft and vice versa. Brought the camera back. Best Buy handled it professionally.
