purchased as a replacement camera, truly improved video quality to contact family overseas

This is a very good camera that's affordable and easy to setup!

Bought this for my step dad. He will need to add memory if he is to get any use out of it. But it will do a good job.

This is my first webcam.It will work and last a long time. The installation was simple and it was easy to use. It does work with all video calling sites. One proble was the quality of the video it is very pixelated. The second is the mic isn't very good. It claims to deliver clear sounds with a noisy background but it struggles to deliver a clear sound in a quite room. Third the auto light correct is useless. I enjoy using this product but it is only OKAY not good, not great and not bad.

I bought this to keep up with the family and its AMAZING. Get it for the price, you can't do better

The webcam works very well and it does exactly what I expected of it.

Worked well for 4 years, but now the camera just displays a white screen. Seems to be a hardware error, if I open it up and wiggle things around the image comes back, temporarily. This is a known issue with this model. Disappointing, but I guess not a total surprise for a sub $30 camera.

Out of the box, this camera is not compatible with Windows 7. I'm VERY tech-savvy and built my computer. The camera does not install property out of the box. I researched the issue and found an FAQ on Logitech's site for a workaround installation. The fact that there's an installation FAQ should have tipped me off that there would be trouble. You have to go through a somewhat involved workaround to install it, and even then, not all of the features work. Learn from my experience and take a pass.

Quality product at a great price. Needed this item last minute for my son’s college exam and didn’t have to look far and spend too much money.

Great product for the price. The camera clarity is excellent. I didn’t give it five starts because the camera doesn’t have zoom in or out capabilities.

I was very excited to get this in the mail. Dropped what I was doing and decided to plug this to my Mac. First, the good. It is plug and play. Photobooth was able to recognize the accessory. The LED indicator lit up as expected when in use. The camera was very to install on top of the monitor with very minor adjustments as to the positioning. Tested it on Zoom and Microsoft Teams along with Photobooth. Now, the bad. It seems there is no good downloadable app for the Mac running Catalina. The 2 links I found after scouring the web gave me 2 Mac apps - (1) very basic and cannot control the zooming. (2) - won't launch because it is not updated for Mac Catalina. On the first app, there are 2 settings - Standard and Widescreen. Both unnecessarily zoom the image. I don't know why the setting is this way by default. I guess for the bulk of users who may use PC, this may not be necessary. Most people would probably be ok with the default settings even with Macs. But I usually tweak settings because I work in a home office and my seat is usually backlit so tweaking the image using camera apps has been the norm. Anyway, I repackaged the camera and it is going back for return today at Best Buy.

It is so easy to set on top of your monitor, reposition and take with you. Quality is more than good enough and I use it for Zoom meetings. Great value.

Good camera, picture, video, sound ...But it lasted only 2 years. This is the third camera I buy. They work for 2 years and then die. So, the actual price is not the posted one.

The lower end Logitech webcam does not interface easily with camera capture software and their support is difficult to get an answer with, presumably to force you to buy a higher end camera to get basic functionality. I would not buy this camera again.

Provides good quality picture but control software is limited in functions. Would like to be able to control tint/ hue.
